Carson Surges as Trump Flattens in Recent CBS/YOUGOV Poll

Ben Carson is within the margin of error at 25% in a recent CBS/YOUGOV poll. Donald trump is still #1 at 29%, but he has been unable to consistently break through to the thirties. Only Ted Cruz hit double-digits with Carson and trump coming in at 10%.
